About Professor FR Hashmi
MBBS, BSc, FEBOT, FRCS (Tr & Ortho)
I am an Associate Professor and Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust, specialising in shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand surgery, including the treatment of sports-related injuries. I completed my specialist orthopaedic training in the UK across the Midlands and Yorkshire, followed by a dedicated UK fellowship in shoulder and upper limb surgery.
My clinical expertise is further supported by advanced international orthopaedic training in France and Germany. In France, I trained at the Institute de la Main in Paris, a world-renowned centre for shoulder replacement and hand surgery, known for its innovative surgical techniques…
